About KidStand

A story of passion, community, and one 8-year-old's dream

👦

Meet Hunter

KidStand was born from the imagination and determination of 8-year-old Hunter from Dallas, Texas. After running a lemonade stand a few times at his street corner, Hunter discovered something magical: the joy of connecting with his neighbors and the excitement of running his own little business.

But Hunter wanted more. He wanted to help other kids like himself experience that same joy. He noticed that sometimes neighbors would walk by without knowing his stand was there, and he thought, "What if there was a way for everyone to know when kids are running stands in the neighborhood?"

With the help of his family, Hunter's idea grew into KidStand - an app that empowers kids to share their stands with the community and helps neighbors discover and support young entrepreneurs right in their own neighborhoods.

"I wanted to make it easier for kids like me to run stands and for neighbors to find us. I hope KidStand helps lots of kids have fun and learn about running a business!"

— Hunter, Age 8, Dallas, Texas
