What is KidStand?
KidStand is an iOS app where kids create and run lemonade-stand-style fundraising stands. Kids dream up what to sell, set a money goal, and place their stand on a map. A parent approves every stand before it goes live, and neighbors pay securely by scanning a QR code — no cash required.
It is built for kids and controlled by parents. Earnings collect in a parent-managed wallet, and parents handle payouts to the family bank account.

Download the app
KidStand is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Search for "KidStand" or visit kidstand.app from your device.
When you open the app for the first time, you can browse nearby stands as a guest or sign in to create stands as a parent or kid.
Choose your path
- Guest — tap "Find stands near me" to discover open stands on the map. No account required to pay.
- Parent — sign in with Apple or Google, confirm you are 18+ and a legal guardian, then create a household.
- Kid on a shared device — create a stand, then use "Set up with a parent" to hand off setup to a parent on another device.
Create a household (parents)
A household is your family account. One parent creates it, accepts the Terms, and can add up to two kid profiles (on the annual family plan). Each kid gets their own profile to create and run stands under your oversight.
- Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Confirm age (18+) and legal guardian status.
- Accept KidStand Terms and Privacy Policy.
- Add your first kid profile — name and optional photo.
- Enable payments when you are ready for your kid to accept customer payments (Stripe Connect setup).
Your first stand in 6 steps
- Kid creates a stand — product, money goal, photo, and map location.
- Kid asks a parent to go live.
- Parent approves and pays the Go Live fee ($1.99) or uses the annual family plan.
- Stand goes live with a QR code and open-duration timer.
- Customers scan and pay through Stripe.
- Kid sees earnings in real time; parent manages the wallet and bank payouts.
