The parent approval gate
Every stand requires your approval before it can go live. You review the product, photo, goal, and map location. Nothing is visible to customers on the map until you approve and unlock the stand.
Go Live pricing
Parents choose how to unlock stands. Customer payments and tips always go to your family wallet — Go Live fees are separate and paid by the parent.
- Pay per stand — $1.99 each time you make a new stand live. Good if stands are occasional.
- Annual family plan — $24.99/year for up to 2 kid profiles and unlimited stands. Best value if your family runs stands more than about 13 times a year.
Pending approvals
When a kid finishes creating a stand, it appears in your pending approvals. Review it, talk with your kid about their plan, and approve when you are ready. You can also adjust kid permissions — such as whether they can create stands without asking first.

- Require approval — when on, every stand needs your Go Live approval.
- Manage profiles — up to 2 kid profiles on the annual plan.

KidStand sends parents a weekly summary with stand activity and gentle coaching prompts — designed to help you turn stands into teachable moments about money, goals, and responsibility.
