Payments not showing in wallet
- Confirm the stand was live when the customer paid β payments to closed stands may not apply.
- Wait a minute and pull to refresh the Wallet screen. Webhook processing is usually instant but can occasionally lag.
- Check that Stripe Connect onboarding is complete (Wallet β Enable Payments).
- If the issue persists, email support@kidstand.app with the stand name, approximate time of payment, and whether payment was in-app or via QR web checkout.
Kid live stand shows $0 but customer paid
The live stand screen shows the current session's Money earned. If a payment was made before the stand went live, or to a different stand, it will not appear on this session. Check the parent Wallet for the household total.
Enable Payments button not working
Stripe Connect setup requires a stable internet connection and a supported browser (Safari or Chrome). Allow pop-ups during onboarding. If you see "function not found," try again later or contact support β the backend service may be temporarily unavailable.
Payout request failed or is pending
- Minimum payout is $10 Available to Withdraw.
- Verify your bank details in Stripe Connect are correct.
- Payouts typically arrive in a few business days depending on your bank.
- Stripe may place holds on new accounts β check Wallet for any hold messages.
Stripe Connect dashboard shows $0
This is normal until your first payout. Customer payments sit in KidStand's platform account and appear in your in-app wallet. The Connect dashboard reflects transfers after you request a payout.
Go Live purchase did not unlock stand
- Confirm the purchase completed β check your Apple purchase history.
- Force-quit and reopen KidStand.
- If using Sandbox for testing, ensure you are signed into a Sandbox Apple ID.
- Contact support@kidstand.app with your Apple ID email and stand details if the stand stays locked.
